Attended York University in Toronto, Lou came to love being in a service oriented industry and making sure that customers and clients were his number one priority. Lou decided to join Bilingual Target in 1997 in the bilingual recruitment business and was mentored by one of the most experienced bilingual recruiters in the industry. After sixteen years of being in the business and moving into many different management roles, Lou decided to open his own firm, forming Bilingual Jobs Canada.
