Pat A. Giannone, Founder

A business graduate from Ryerson University in Toronto, Pat began his career with NCR Corp. as a territory representative. After two years of account building and leading all representatives in Canada, Pat fell into the personnel consulting field in 1983. After three years of acquiring the skills of the trade at one of the largest search firms in Canada, the formation of The Target Group emerged, which subsequently grew into Bilingual Target.
